The Data Center reports that the outlook is positive for a final resolution tonight, but a further service disruption of 30 minutes is necessary.

Connection to our servers has been restored, but the data center has informed us that we should expect one more brief outage later in the maintenance window. Currently, CourtReserve is operational, but we are monitoring progress at the data center and keeping this incident open until we have been told it is fully resolved.

Network Engineers in our host’s Data Center will perform emergency maintenance on a distribution router. This maintenance will affect CourtReserve. They expect a service interruption of between 30 and 60 minutes during the three-hour maintenance window that begins at 10:00 PM Eastern tonight, April 12, 2025. This is expected to be the final step in resolving recent latency issues at the data center.
